About Anna Marie Kozel
Anna Marie Kozel joined Coldwell Banker as an Agent in the Greater Pittsburgh Metropolitan Area in 1986 and enjoyed a very successful and satisfying career, consistently in the top 2 percent of the more than 11,000 agents in the region. She was the recipient of many distinguished honors from the "Rookie of the Year" and "Top Listing and Sales Agent" during most years. In 1995, she was recognized as the "Top Sales Agent - Closed Sales Transactions" by the Greater Pittsburgh Board of Realtors. The award Anna holds dearest to her heart is the "Customer Service Excellence Award" which was an award given to the No. 1 Agent who demonstrated outstanding service to his/her clients. Anna Marie’s greatest enjoyment during her success in real estate is the satisfaction of her clients and her role in providing for their needs with the least amount of tension in their daily lives.
Anna Marie joined a Coldwell Banker Affiliate in Sunset Beach, North Carolina as a REALTOR/Broker in 2005. Having enjoyed working with the people in the real estate business for so many years, the desire to continue in the Carolinas and our new home community with Coldwell Banker presented an outstanding opportunity. In 2009 and 2010, Anna Marie was the "Company Wide Top Producer for Closed Sales Agent" and was also in the "Top 8 Real Estate Agents" in the Brunswick County MLS for 2010 which has a membership of more than 900 agents.
In March of 2011, Anna Marie joined Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage as REALTOR/Broker, desiring to expand her real estate business with the largest Coldwell Banker office in North Carolina with ten (10) offices and over 300 agents. Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage provides the opportunity for expansion of her business on a team approach. Anna Marie formed "The Kozel Team" with real estate professionals having a common goal to collectively expand the real estate seller services for clients in southeastern Brunswick County.
In 2011, Anna Marie was the "Top Coldwell Banker Realtor in Brunswick County" and, also, in the "Top 5 Real Estate Agents" in the Brunswick County MLS.
In 2012, The Kozel Team at Sea Coast Advantage was recognized as "The No. 1 Real Estate Team for Closed Sales Volume" by the Brunswick Co. Multi-List Service (MLS).
